Join Surface Designer Tammy de Zilva for a fun and creative 2-hour workshop designed especially for kids aged 7 to 12! This hands-on class introduces children to the exciting world of digital drawing with Procreate, guiding them step-by-step as they learn the basics of the app and create their own digital artwork.

Tammy will provide easy-to-follow instructions tailored for kids, starting with an introduction to Procreate's interface and tools. Kids will learn how to use brushes, layers, and colour palettes, and even get to experiment with fun techniques to create their own unique digital designs.

Throughout the session, Tammy will share tips and tricks she’s learned as a professional surface designer, helping young artists feel confident and inspired to keep exploring digital drawing at home.

The small class size (max 6 kids) allows for plenty of guidance and support during the workshop.

By the end of the workshop, kids will have the basics to get them started with Procreate and a fun project to show off!

Knowledge required: No experience is needed - perfect for beginners!

What to bring: Each child must bring their own iPad with the latest version of Procreate installed (a one-time purchase of $19.99 from the App Store). They can use an Apple Pencil, another stylus, or even their finger if they don’t have a stylus.

Parents are welcome to stay. There is an outdoor area with seating right next to the room, as well as a playground if you have other children with you.
