Workshops Refund Policy

Refunds for Workshop Registration:

​

  • Refunds for workshop registration are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date.

  • To request a refund, participants must notify Loopla in writing via email at learning@loopla.com.au.

  • Refunds requested within 7 to 3 days of the workshop date will receive a credit towards a future workshop, minus a $30 administrative fee.

  • Requests for refunds made within 3 days of the scheduled workshop date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. However, participants may transfer their ticket to another person.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

 

Cancellation by Workshop Organiser:

  • In the event that a workshop is cancelled by Loopla, participants will be offered the choice of a credit towards a future workshop or a full refund of the registration fee.

  • Notification of workshop cancellation will be provided via email to all registered participants.

 

No Make-Up Classes:

​

  • Make-up classes for missed workshops are not available.

  • Participants who miss a workshop session will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards future workshops.

 

Transfer of Registration:

​

  • Workshop registrations are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend.

  • Please notify us in advance of any changes to the registered attendee.
